What this platform is about-
To make you independent for your good health and lifestyle choices. This will be done by explaining about the neuroscience behind your health.
My primary aims are to enable my patients to live a better quality of life.

Story behind my enterprise:
I started FitFullyYours as a YouTube channel. The name soon caught on and I began to get associated with it whenever someone viewed my videos. Instead of just prescribing exercises on my channel, I loved to educate my audience on general health conditions. I also realized that a majority of the patients coming to me for physiotherapy could have prevented their illness from occurring only if they would have followed a good active lifestyle.
Hence the objective of starting this venture and ultimately turning it into a COMMUNITY is all about educating the masses that a simple active lifestyle can benefit them tremendously.
Adding to the physiotherapy services I also provide mental health support to my patients because I realize that there are always various branches to the same tree and that we need to climb all of them in order to reach the top and enjoy the view!

  2. Home visits currently only in Dadar, Matunga, Wadala and Sion area (not available).
